Square State Realty’s mission is to provide a new, different option to make the home-buying experience less painful and more rewarding for motivated homeowners and renters in the Denver area. Square State understands that with technology and an abundance of constantly updating local and national real estate websites, today’s modern consumers have access to many of the same tools as real estate brokers. Because of this, we believe the standard role of the real estate broker needs updating as well. I’ve been a proud Coloradoan since 1997 and am an alumnus of the University of Colorado. In 2001, I planted my roots in northwest Denver, got my real estate license three years later, and began helping friends save money on their real estate. I also began purchasing my own investment properties. Although I make my home in the Highlands, I have lived, sold houses, and still own rental homes throughout the Denver metro area. I feel comfortable and confident working in all Denver neighborhoods.
My goal is help my clients make a stressful time more enjoyable while searching for their perfect Square State home.
In my free time I stay busy trying to keep up with my wife, two kids and dog. Having grown up in the flatlands of Iowa, I relish opportunities to be in the mountains hiking, biking, skiing, running and soaking in the amazing views. When I’m not participating in sports I cheer for my Buffs, continue my quest to try every Colorado beer (I’m failing pretty spectacularly), and like to visit new places.
